Rental Information
- Minimum stay is 2 nights. Holidays and special events may require a longer minimum rental period. Peak season may require a Saturday to Saturday stay.
- Self Catering and self check in. Check in time is 3 p.m. and check out is at 10 a.m. Late check outs will forfeit a half days rent from their deposit. Maid service is available at additional expense to tenant.
- Payments. An advanced rental payment of 300.00 is taken at the time the reservation is made. The balance of the rental is due 30 days before your arrival.
- Cancellation Policy. There are no refunds for cancellations for any reason. We strongly urge you to purchase trip insurance.
- Relocation. Sunkissed Vacations reserves the right to relocate tenant to a comparable property at our discretion or if tenant prefers, a full refund will be made.
- No smoking. Smoking is prohibited in all Sunkissed Vacations rental units. Person may smoke in exterior designated locations such as balconies or decks.
- Pet Policy. Pets are not allowed on the beaches per public ordinance. Overnight rental guest are not allowed to have pets in the condominium complex. Long term renters and owners are allowed a pet under 10lbs. This rule does not apply to service dogs.
- Damage Deposit. A deposit of 250.00 is required at the time of check in. A hold of that amount will be place on your credit card on file. If you prefer, you may also pay the deposit in cash.
